Do you provide on-site estimates?
Yes – Give us a call or send us an email with the details of your move, including information on how many items you need to shift and the date you intend to move, and we will be in touch with a FREE estimate as soon as we can.
Do you help with moving planning?
Yes – Talk us through the important points of your move, including the date you would like to move, and we can give you a step-by-step plan to help make the eventful day go smoothly.
Do you provide office packing/unpacking services?
Yes – Calgary Office Movers is a specialist in moving your office and all its supplies from Point A to Point B – and everywhere in between! Our team of professional packers will help pack and unpack your items, so they are fully protected during transit.
Do you provide storage?
Yes – If you need a place to keep your belongings for any period while between moves then we provide the storage. Give us a call to hear our prices.
Do you provide recycle and disposal services (for old office furniture, appliances, etc.)?
Yes – We are happy to arrange recycle and disposal services for old or unwanted office furniture and equipment. Simply tell us prior to the move and we will arrange everything.
Do you provide office furniture assembling and reassembling services?
Yes – Calgary Office Movers’ team is a highly skilled bunch and will happily dismantle and reassemble office furniture. Tell us prior to your move if you would like this service.
Will it cost more to move outside of business hours?
No – To ensure our clients have the highest level of service, Calgary Office Movers does not add an extra charge for a move outside of business hours.
How far in advance should clients book your office moving team?
The more time the better. Booking a move as far in advance as possible gives both us and the client the best chance to prepare properly for an important move.
Will it be correct to say that the size of an office move is not a restriction for your team?
Yes – We take on all moves, from the largest multi-floor offices to the smallest. Size is no issue for Calgary Office Movers.
Can you disconnected and reconnected computers?
No – Safety for clients and staff is the most important aspect of any job. As we are not trained technicians, we will not disconnect and reconnect computers.
Do you perform moves for sensitive electronic equipment (PCs, flat screen monitors, sever rooms, data center relocation, etc.)?
Yes – Calgary Office Movers has a great amount of experience moving sensitive electronic equipment. Please provide us with details of the equipment you need moving so that we bring the right tools to the job.
How do you protect furniture during transport?
We use a selection of tools that allow us to ensure the safety of your furniture during transport. These are moving pads, shrink wrap, bubble wrap, plastic keyboard and monitor sleeves.
How do you deal with sensitive/classified files and information that needs to be transported?
We guarantee the safety of sensitive or classified information. To do this, we use an onsite manager who keeps documents locked inside filing a cabinet or we limited access to our moving trucks.
Do you provide insurance for moved items?
Yes – Our standard rate for insurance is an affordable 60$ per lb.
Do you perform after-hours moves, moves on weekends and holidays?
Yes – If time is a particular issue during your move, then we can work outside of business hours and during weekends or holidays to accommodate you.
Do you have a supervisor for office moves?
Yes – Every team Calgary Office Movers sends to the job has a manager that supervises the entire operation. This is the best way to ensure the safety of items and the efficiency of a move.
How do you handle last minute changes?
At Calgary Office Movers we understand that surprises do happen. We do our best to accommodate last minute changes.
